1. Free Trial

We offer a free trial so you can explore Vidgenie before committing to a paid plan. We encourage all users to take advantage of this trial to ensure Vidgenie is the right fit for their needs.

2. Subscription Refunds

Vidgenie operates on a subscription basis. Refund eligibility depends on the type of plan and when the refund is requested.

Monthly Plans:

Refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions once the payment has been processed.

Annual Plans:

If you’re unsatisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at

with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

4. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. No Refunds For:

    Accounts found in violation of our Terms of Service

    Change of mind after the refund window has passed

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Canceling a subscription prevents future charges, but does not automatically trigger a refund.
